Today's Metaphor: Assembly of Israel or Community of God's people
Concept: God Speaks to His People as a Community or Assembly, We are not alone in hearing the goodness of God, but it is for all of God's people.1. Lev 19:1-2 AND THE Lord said to Moses, 2 Say to all the assembly of the Israelites, You shall be holy, for I the Lord your God am holy. AMP
2. Josh 8:There was not a word of all that Moses commanded which Joshua did not read before all the assembly of Israel, and the women, and little ones, and the foreigners who were living among them. AMP
3. Josh 18:1 AND THE whole assembly of the Israelites assembled at Shiloh and set up the Tent of Meeting there; and the land was subdued before them. AMP
4. 1 Kings 8:5 King Solomon and all the congregation of Israel who had assembled before him were with him before the ark, AMP
5. Neh 5:13 I shook out my lap and said, So may God shake out every man from his house and from [the exercise and fruits of] his labor who does not keep this promise! Today remember God speaks to all who call upon Him and come to Him through Jesus Christ
